Shipping Policy
UK DELIVERY
Standard Delivery for all UK orders is charged at £4.50 via Royal Mail.

We aim to process your order within 24 hours of receiving.

Delivery will be 2-4 working days after processing.

We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver items or products ordered by you within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events out with our control, for example extreme weather, flood or fire. We have no liability to you or any third party for any loss you or a third party may suffer as a result of any delay or failure to deliver the items or products within the estimated timescales.

All delivery costs are non refundable.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
The cost to ship Worldwide is charged at £25 via DHL.

Delivery Aims:
Germany 2 - 4 days.
Europe 3 - 6 days.
Rest of the world 6 - 12 days..

Local import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that delays can occur when such charges are made by the Customs or Revenue Authorities. We have no control over these charges and therefore cannot be responsible for or predict what they may be.

Return & Exchange Policy
We really hope you are pleased with your purchase but should you wish to return it, please arrange return delivery yourself and please return the Alice Skewis Jewellery packaging.
We will be happy to process the refund of the purchase price paid for your item providing it is in the same condition as when purchased, provided it is received by us within 21 days of date of purchase and provided the Alice Skewis Jewellery packaging is not damaged.
Please ensure that it is packaged well as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred in the return of the goods.
Refunds can only be made to the original card holder of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund.
We will refund the purchase price paid by you but not the original delivery charges.
Return instructions will be included with your purchase. Please fill out the return form enclosed.
You can return your item at any Post Office in the UK. Please remember to obtain a Certificate of Posting as proof of posting. Alternatively, your item can be collected from your address by arranging a collection through www.send.royal.mail.com/collect/youritems
For International returns please mark your item on customs form as returned item and please be aware that any charges incurred on return to Alice Skewis Jewellery, will be deducted from your refund.
We cannot be held responsible for any items or products lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days of our receipt , please allow a further 5-8 days before your account is credited.
