One such company was the Vanda Beauty Counselor Company, based in Orlando, Florida. Established in 1939, the corporation held numerous trademarks, including the "Vanda" brand, which debuted in 1978.
Vanda’s designers crafted Victorian-style locket pendants, fragrance brooches, and rings with hidden compartments. Made from gilded metals and silver, these pieces featured intricate filigree, cameos, engravings, enamel work, and art glass designed to mimic precious stones. Signed with the stylized “Vanda” and “U.S.A.,” these items have become highly collectible vintage treasures.
